Biography |
Harvey Chertok is the President of Quartet International, Inc., a worldwide production and distribution company. And, he is a long-time member of the New York Chapter of the National Academy Of Television Arts And Sciences (NY/NATAS), has served several terms as a National Trustee and as a member of the Board Of Governors.
Also, he is a member of the British Academy Of Film And Television Arts (BAFTA).
Formerly, Mr. Chertok was V.P. TV Advertising/Marketing for TimeWarner. He has also produced 3 movies including an award-winning true-story co-production with the BBC: "The Impossible Spy" (John Shea, Eli Wallach)--for HBO and worldwide distribution.
Other films include: "The Great Charlie Chan", which premiered at the Museum Of Modern Art/NY; and "7 Surprizes", a co-production with The National Film Board Of Canada.
Additional production credits include "Hermitage Masterpieces", an extraordinary art history series of 18 half-hours--from Ancient China to 20th Century France--which has been on PBS, and is now on DVD and Amazon Prime.
Further, Mr. Chertok is currently in development with another true-story spy movie, and has 3 WW II historical documentary series also on Amazon Prime, including: "America Goes To War: The Home Front" (10X30); "The Road To Pearl Harbor" (16X30); and, "Fighter Aces Of World War II".

Each class is a multimedia presentation illustrating programming trends, as well as the showmanship and sales strategies for key industry conventions that generate the business. The course is also highlighted with special presentations of What You Need To Sell Your Show and the dos and donts of How To Make A Deal in this amazing industry.
